Elna Oosthuysen achieved her BProc Law degree in 1995 and was admitted as an attorney in November 1996, as a Conveyancer in July 1997 and a Notary in September 2001.

During 1996 to 1999 she worked as a professional assistant at Wilsenach van Wyk Attorneys specializing in Bonds.  She attended to Correspondents instructions relating to Consolidation and sub-division of properties, opening of Sectional Title Registers, etc.

During 2000 to 2001 she worked at Gouws Attorneys as their Conveyancer and Notary, specializing in Opening of Townships and Sectional Title Registers, transfer of properties as well as bond registrations.

  During 2001 to 2006 she practice for own account as Elna Oosthuysen Attorneys being a conveyancing firm.  During 2007 she joined forces with Riaan Oosthuysen to establish Oosthuysen Attorneys.

During 2018 she was appointed as a director of Oosthuysen Att Inc

​

Elna is currently involved at the Legal Practice Council as an examiner for Conveyancing and Notarial examinations.
